As a Catering Manager at Fiserv Forum, I worked closely with world-class entertainers, athletes, and high-profile guests, delivering flawless hospitality in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. My time at Potawatomi Hotel & Casino allowed me to master the art of large-scale coordination — overseeing conventions, galas, and complex multi-day events that required precision, creativity, and collaboration.
